Ronald Eugene "Ski" Suleski

Mr. Ronald Eugene "Ski" Suleski, age 71 - born in Scranton, PA and longtime resident of Mobile, AL died Saturday, May 3, 2008 at his residence.

He was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church and a member of American Legion Post 88. Mr. Suleski had played Minor League Baseball for the Cincinnati Reds Farm Club. He later worked as a service manager for McConnell Cadillac for 25 years. Mr. Suleski then worked for the City of Mobile at the city garage.

His wife, Shirley ""Ducky"" Suleski, preceded him in death. Survivors include one son, Tracy Suleski; one daughter, Terri Findley; five grandchildren: Sherry Suleski, Matt Suleski, Michelle Suleski, Gena Parker, and Krystal Riner; four great-grandchildren; one brother, Jim Suleski; two sisters: Ann Demirs and Frannie; other relatives and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Matthews Catholic Church at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 2008. Visitation will begin at the church at 2:00 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery.
