Stephen M. Spragale, of Ross Township, died Wednesday, July 7, 2010. He was the beloved husband of 53 years to Dolores C. (Cleary) Spragale; father of Jane Andreaggi (Anthony), Stephen Spragale (Dianne), Judith Spragale, Susan Green (Randall) and Scott Spragale (Gina); brother of Christine Kocian; also survived by eight grandchildren.

Stephen, in his early years, played baseball in Harlen, Ky., and Hornell, N.Y., was past president of the Berkley Hills Athletic Association, Commissioner of the North Hills Baseball Federated League and a longtime coach. Stephen was a past president of Dale Nagel Inc., and served in the Army during the Korean War.

Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Sebastian Church.
