Edward R., passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, CT at the age of 86.

Born in the Bronx, NY, Edward was a resident of Dumont for over 50 years. He was a proud Army Veteran serving during WWII. A sales person for Sunshine Biscuit Co., retiring after 35 years.

Edward will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 55 years, Joan (nee Langella) Santulli; and his three endeared sons: Edward and his wife Tracy, Robert Santulli, and Tommy and his wife Mary Pat. A great joy in Edward's life were his seven grandchildren: Nicole, Danielle, Ian, Brandon, Nick, Meredith, and Danny.

In his early years Mr. Santulli was a Professional Baseball Player. He was also an avid golfer and bowler, and belonged to a Barbershop Quartet.

The Funeral Mass will be offered on Friday, January 13, 2012 at 10 AM at Sacred Heart R.C. Church in Haworth. Entombment will follow at Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale, NY. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 12, 2012 from 6-8 P.M. at the Frech Funeral Home, 161 Washington Avenue, Dumont.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
