Passed away after a short illness. Bobby was well known as a "pitching sensation" in his youth. He played for many local teams, was managed by Lefty O'Doul and was farmed out by the Yankees. He proudly served his country during WWII. He was preceded in death by his wife Clara and son Robert (Pudgie). He is survived by his daughters, Barbara, Gail, Donna and son-in-law Martin. Grandpa to Staci, Clarissa, Matthew and three grandchildren from his son.
Bobby was interned at Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Boise, ID. A celebration of Bobby's life will be held on July 9th in San Jose.
