Vincent W Pallavicini.
A native to Marin, born September 13, 1943, Vince passed away at home
with his family at his side after a brave struggle with cancer on February
12, 2009.
He attended schools in Marin and will always be remembered for his incredible
baseball skills. Vince went on to play semi-pro baseball for the Detroit
Tigers and New York Mets.
He was a fireman in San Rafael, ran a successful roofing company and loved
remodeling homes. His passions in life were hiking, sailing, tennis, riding
motorcycles and traveling in his RV.
Vince is survived by his wife of 43 years, Judy, his sister Alice (Dexter,
Laura), daughter Stacy (Greg), son Vince (Ninon), and grandchildren Jason,
Kaelin, Mason and Jake.
Vince will be most remembered for being a loving husband, father, and
grandfather. He went through life with ease as he spent his days with
family and friends enjoying the simple things in life. He will be deeply
missed.
Memorial will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at Monte's
Chapel of the Hills, 330 Redhill Avenue, San Anselmo.
Donations in Vince's memory can be made to Hospice by the Bay.
