Robert O. Mohr 90 of
Tucson passed away on February 12, 2008.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary in 2007. He is survived
by his children, Janet Marie Cooledge, Michael (Barbara) Mohr, Kathleen
(Gregory) Sheffler and Thomas (Kathy) Mohr; his grandchildren, Karissa
Schultz, Sean Mohr, Shannon Payne, Brendon Payne, Chad Mohr and Kelly
Mohr. Five great- grandchildren; his brothers, Clement (Joyce) Mohr, Dr.
Lee Mohr, Gerald (Ella) Mohr, Larry (Delores) Mohr, T.K. (Laura) Mohr,
Bernard (Rosemary) Mohr and his sister, Rosemarie Leonard. Mr.
Mohr attended Notre Dame University where he lettered in baseball leading
to a career in the minor leagues from 1936 to 1947 where he was an Outfielder
for the St. Louis Cardinals and the Pittsburgh Pirate organizations.
From 1947 until 1981, Mr. Mohr was a farmer in Rock Falls, Illinois. Please
join us as we bid farewell to our devoted father on Sunday, February 17,
2008 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at ANGEL VALLEY FUNERAL HOME, 2545
N Tucson Blvd. A Rosary and Scripture Service will be at 7:00 p.m. A Mass
of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 18, 2008 at
10:00 A.M. in Holy Family Catholic Church, 338 W. University. Concluding
services and Interment will follow at Holy Hope Cemetery. ARRANGEMENTS
