MINOTTI, Louis A. Age 76, of Elmira Heights, NY, passed away on Sunday, August 1, 2010 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira.

Louis was born on January 10, 1934 in Elmira, son of the late Serfino and Serafina (Montrose) Minotti. Louis retired from Conway Eastern Trucking after many years as a truck driver.

He graduated from Southside High School, along with being inducted into the Southside Hall of Fame in 1993. Louis played semi-pro baseball, along with his hobbies of amateur radio and shooting skeet.

Louis is survived by his wife, Roberta Hoffman of Elmira Heights; daughter, Amy (Tom) Bonyak of Horseheads; son, Daniel (Teri) Minotti of Montour Falls; brothers, Vincent (Jacqueline) Minotti of Southport, Serfino (Anita) Minotti Jr. of Elmira, Joseph Minotti of Orlando, FL and James (Pat) Minotti of Southport; granddaughter, Mackenzie Bonyak of Horseheads; along with several aunts and nieces.

There will be no prior calling hours.

A Graveside Service for Louis will be held on Friday, August 6th at 11 AM in St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the James D. Barrett Funeral Home.
