Milaskey, Jack Paul
Age 82, of Crown Point, IN, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2011
at St. Anthony Medical Center in Crown Point, IN.
Jack is survived by his wife: Barbara of 55 years; brother: Robert Milaskey
of Chicago, IL; step-mother-in-law: Marjorie Duke; sisters-in-law: Patty
Duke, Dixie (Verlin) Keller, and Cris (Jim) Polk; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Julius and Elizabeth; step-mother:
Gertrude; 2 brothers: Thomas and Julian.
Jack was retired from UPS with over 40 years of service. He was a volunteer
at New Hope in South Holland, IL and for the St. Anthony Hospital Auxiliary
for over 10 years. Jack was an avid golfer and White Sox fan and played
baseball for the Brooklyn Dodgers farm team in the 1950's.
Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at
Geisen Funeral-Cremation & Reception Centre (2 blks east of Broadway)
at 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at 7:00
PM at Geisen Funeral-Cremation & Reception Centre in Crown Point,
IN with John Starr officiating.
Private burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Evergreen Park,
Memorial donations may be given to: St. Anthony Auxiliary.
