Herbert A. May

Herbert A. May, formerly of Warren, NJ, passed away Monday, March 9, 2009, at Palestine Hospital in Palestine, TX. He was 85 years old.

Mr. May served in World War II, stationed in Germany as a Master Sergeant in the US Army. He also played AAA professional baseball in the New York Yankees farm system. He was a self-employed contractor in Warren for many years before retiring in Texas.

He is survived by his daughter, Marcia D'Aloisio of Warren, NJ; son, Herbert T. May of Stewartsville, NJ; grandsons, Joseph and Kyle D'Aloisio, both of Warren; granddaughter, Amber May, of Weare, NH; and Elizabeth Kusman of Palestine, TX.
