in the Shreveport Times on 8/27/2008 Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at Rose-Neath Marshall Street Funeral Home. Vince was born
October 18, 1925 in Fort Smith, AR and passed away Monday, August 25,
2008, at the Grace Home. He was of Catholic faith. Vince served in the
U.S. Navy in the Asiatic, Pacific and Philippines Liberation receiving
a Victory Medal, American Campaign Medal and two Stars. He played Pro
Baseball and afterward made his career in construction. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 52 years, Bertie W. Liberto; parents, Charles and Angelina Liberto; sister, Minnie Condren; nephew, Wallace Don "Donnie" Price and niece, Glenda Price Mann. He is survived by his brother, Charles Liberto and sister, Josephine Pinto, both of Fort Smith, AR; sister-in-law, Rita Sue Price and brother-in-law, Glenn Price, both of Shreveport, LA; 16 nieces and nephews and numerous great and great-great-nieces and nephews. He loved his nieces and nephews and enjoyed watching them grow up. Uncle Vince will be missed dearly.
