Kenneth E. Kirchner

Funeral Mass for Kenneth E. Kirchner, 54, of Timberlake, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 29, 2008, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 29840 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe.

Mr. Kirchner died July 25, 2008, at LakeWest Hospital in Willoughby.

Born July 23, 1954, in Euclid, Ohio, he lived in Willoughby before moving to Timberlake five years ago.

He was employed by the City of Wickliffe for 28 years, most recently as Assistant Service Director.

Mr. Kirchner played minor league baseball for the Cleveland Indians in 1972 and 1973.

Survivors are his wife of 14 years, Sherrie A. (Swanner) Kirchner; his daughters, Kelley (Robert) Smith of Iowa and Kristen Kirchner; stepsons, Ron (Shannon) Davis and Michael Davis; grandchildren, Caden Smith and Abigail, Ryan and Lily Davis; and sister, Barbara (Derrel) Crowder of California.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Orlando-Donsante Funeral Home, 29550 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe.
