Don worked most of his life in the Food Brokerage Industry where he made many lifelong friends.

When he passed on May 2, 2012, he was welcomed by his wife and soul mate Georgia A. Johnson; his mother, Louise Estes Dykes; father, Samuel Edward Johnson; brother, Bill Johnson.

Left to share his story are son, Jeff Johnson and Tommy Cook; son, Chad Johnson; daughter, Cheryl Sims and husband Chad; grandchildren, Connor and Chloe Sims, Anna Johnson; brother, Johnny Johnson and wife Jean.

Donald is also survived by many other extended family and great friends.

The family offers their sincere thanks to Promise Hospital in Bossier for their care and support, and to Auld's Funeral Home for their services.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you and your family go to a sporting event or make memories with your family!
