Thomas E. Hank, Sr., 81, of Lopatcong Township, NJ, passed away on February 22, 2012 in Easton Hospital.

Born: February 26, 1930 in Easton, he was a son of the late Earl Hank and the late Margaret Frawley Hank.

Personal: He celebrated his 57th wedding anniversary on April 24th, 2011 with his wife Della A. Marinelli Hank. He was a personnel manager at Sunoco Products, Phillipsburg and Pine Brook, NJ locations. He retired in 1985. He was a graduate of Easton High School, class of 1948 and a former Easton High athlete, having played football, basketball and baseball. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in 1952 and played in their minor league organization. He was a longtime Lopatcong Township coach, coaching both baseball and basketball. He was with the US Army during the Korean Conflict.

Memberships: He was a member of Ss. Philip & James Catholic Church, Phillipsburg, NJ.

Survivors: his wife, Della A. Marinelli Hank; children, Thomas E. Hank Jr. and his wife Julie of Bethlehem township, PA, Gary t. Hank and his wife Michelle of Bethlehem township, PA; grandchildren, Amy Eisenhart, Stephanie Hank, Jeffrey Hank, Cory Hank, and Alec Hank; great-grandchild, Emma Eisenhart. He was predeceased by brothers, George and Earl Hank.

Services: The funeral will begin at the Finegan Funeral Home, 302 Heckman St., Phillipsburg, NJ on Monday at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Ss. Philip & James Catholic Church at 10 a.m. The interment will be at Ss. Philip & James Cemetery, Greenwich Township, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Sunday at the funeral home from 2 to 4 p.m.
