Marvin Einerwold, of Las Vegas, passed away Aug. 7, 2012. "Marv"
came to Las Vegas in 1953 to play semi-pro baseball for the Las Vegas
Wranglers. He was a retired sporting goods owner and served as a commissioner
for the State of Nevada Fish and Game Department.
He is survived by his sister, Helen Trott of Bellingham, Wash.; his girlfriend,
Mary Veronica Matthews; his daughters, Debbie (Gary) and Carol (Terry);
his son, Marv Jr. (Debra); and grandchildren, Stephanie, Brandon and Justin.
Services will be at 9:20 a.m., Monday, Aug. 13, at the Southern Nevada
Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd., Boulder City.
