Cierlik, Jason M. Age 27, of Rogers, MN, formerly of Brooklyn Park, MN, Jason passed away peacefully on Monday, February 16th with his Mom and Brother at his side along with many family members.

Jason, an amazing son and brother, a left-handed pitcher that played professional baseball for many teams including the Baltimore Orioles & St. Paul Saints.

He traveled the world living his dream while making friends as far away as Italy. He loved to play practical jokes on his family & friends.

Jason is survived by Mom, Wendy; Brother, Justin; Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Steve Kemper, Junior & Harley (his dogs), and many many friends.

Jason was a donor for LifeSource granting a second chance at life for many. PLEASE join his family in the celebration of this amazing young man's life on Saturday, February 21st at 12:30 PM. Reviewal three hours prior to service.

The service will be held at North Heights Lutheran Church, 2701 N. Rice St., Roseville, MN.
